This course is managed by Murphy Energy Resources, LLC. The course is non-proprietary and non-credit. Completion of the course does not count or transfer toward any diploma or degree from any college or university. Upon successful completion of the course Wind and Green Energy Training Academy, Inc., will present a certificate of completion. All other services will be provided by Murphy Energy Resources, LLC. The course is not regulated by LA-RS173141-ETSEQ. Wind and Green Energy Training Academy, Inc., has not sought accreditation of the course nor does it plan to do so. Financial aid is not offered for this course.

Withdraw and Refund Policy

If you cancel from the Wind/Solar course for which you have confirmed your participation by paying in advance, you must notify Wind and Green Energy Training Academy, Inc. (a division of Murphy Energy Resources, LLC) in writing about your withdrawal from the course. Cancellations are effective only upon the date of receipt of written notification.

If written notification of withdrawal is received by Wind and Green Energy Training Academy, Inc., up to 10 days prior to the seminar start date, you will be assessed a $100 processing fee.

If written notification of withdrawal is received by Wind and Green Energy Training Academy, Inc., 5 days prior to the seminar start date, you will be held responsible for 50% of the program tuition.

If Wind and Green Energy Training Academy, Inc., receives written notification of withdrawal 4 days or less prior to the seminar start date (or in the case of no-shows), you will be held responsible for 100% of the program fee.

The Institute does not include the cost of transportation, hotel, meals, etc.; therefore, no refunds will be given for travel or related cost, for any reason. Any previously published dates and fees are not applicable in the administration of this policy.

Seminar Cancellation

All Wind and Green Energy Training Academy, Inc., programs are based on group arrangements involving a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number (which varies according to seminar) is not reached, Wind and Green Energy Training Academy, Inc., will endeavor to modify the program on the participants’ behalf, in order to run the seminar without an increase in cost while maintaining the academic integrity of the program.

In the event that a seminar is cancelled, Wind and Green Energy Training Academy, Inc., will refund all payments received but will have no further liability to the participant. Please note that under no circumstances is Murphy Energy Resources, LLC. , responsible for any flight or hotel cancellations or flight change charges incurred.

What is included in the cost of tuition?

Items such as tangible materials carry the majority of the cost for tuition, Experienced Wind and Energy training professionals teaching the course including hands on courthouse training.
